At Peridot, we strive to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take utmost care in delivering our products and maintain the highest quality standards at every stage.

Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition, as per the order placed.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:The product received is incorrect (does not match the item mentioned in the order confirmation), or
The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue
📌 Important Conditions
All original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging must remain intact and attached to the garment.
Products with removed or damaged tags will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Only manufacturing defects are eligible—issues arising from wear, washing, handling, or misuse are not covered.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Reporting a Return, Exchange, or Damage

Date of transaction

Clear images of the incorrect or defective product

We recommend checking your order carefully upon receipt. In case of package tampering, missing items, or visible damage, please mention the same on the delivery receipt provided by the courier partner before accepting the package.

Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check to verify eligibility for exchange or refund.
Our Customer Care team will review the case and respond within 48 working hours after inspection.

Exchange & Refund Policy
Given the nature of our products, Peridot reserves the sole discretion to determine the appropriate resolution for each case. All requests are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and prompt resolution.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Three failed delivery attempts by the courier partner

  • Refusal of the package at the time of delivery

Before accepting delivery, please ensure the package is in good condition and untampered. If you believe the product was damaged in transit:

  • Retain the original packaging, tags, invoices, and labels

  • Clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as “received”
